It is with great joy that we arrive at the villa of our friends, the "Esenyels", in Bellapais/ Kyrenia on a Friday afternoon.

We are warmly welcomed by Ahmet, his wife Vildan and the two Maltese dogs "Rocco" & "Bella".

We are good friends and we were able to round off our long awaited and planned interview with both Esenyels with a fantastic dinner together afterwards.

We spent the whole afternoon in the fantastically magnificent, almost fairytale-like garden and immediately found the perfect place for the interview with Ahmet (& Bella). Under the citrus tree - Ahmet's favorite spot.

"Why you worry" - everything was under the best possible conditions. With this high vibrating energy, the two started an interview about Ahmet's life in Northern Cyprus.

As already mentioned, a jack of all trades, musician, football professional and very successful professionally and known beyond the country's borders. Thanks to his many years of experience as a strategic manager for large companies and construction companies, he now acts very successfully as an investment consultant for real estate and land purchases. He is a born investment advisor as he knows the mentalities of people from different regions of the world and is an absolute insider of the island. This unique combination makes it one of the most sought-after investment destinations on the island. We take a journey through Ahmet's life and he talks about his passions, music and football. These have accompanied him for a long time and still do so. This is where his principle of happiness gradually manifests itself. His eyes sparkle when he talks about his wife Vildan and their 16 year old son. He always wants to see them happy, otherwise his happiness will be overshadowed, he smiles.

Well known and popular on the island, he is probably one of the best connected Cypriots. It was he who "arranged" our first interview appointment with the President of TRNC.

And that's what we love about him so much. Always ready to help, always open to great ideas and concepts or changes, no matter how crazy they sound - and there it is again, the principle of happiness!

He has this wonderful personality that we also notice in many of his compatriots.
